I finally been drawing again (and improving a little in the process).

It all started thanks to this BEAUTIFUL film: The Girl who Leapt Though Time.

Absolutely gorgerous, I tell you.
Possibly, the best animated film I have ever seen.

The drawing style regarding characters fascinated me, it’s really simple, but full of emotion (Makoto’s funny expressions can’t get out of my head)... and the backgrounds, oh god They can't get even more detailed.

The main theme of the film (literally, leaping through time) may sound a little cliché, and probably boring for those who look for some realism, but don’t disappoint yourself too soon: It’s the complete opposite.

I have never seen such ‘normal and realistic’ teenagers in an anime related thing, it was a wonderful change for me. I fell in love with all of them... specially the protagonists you see in this fanart .

Go watch it as soon as you can, I really doubt you’ll regret it.
